It should not be hard for Apple to remedy that.

I have two problems with Mail: it seems to be unable to override the  
silly fonts used by some correspondents without zapping quote levels;  
and the new message window always ends up at the bottom of the window  
pile. Perhaps I am missing something in both cases.
