The Omni Group is looking to add a member to our army of elite  
Support Ninjas.

Job Activities
You'll be communicating with our customers, primarily via email  
(either via our official support addresses, or informally on our  
product discussion lists or forums), answering their questions, and  
serving as a liaison between the customers and our various other  
departments. (Getting them in touch with the appropriate person if  
they have a sales-related problem, or writing up bugs and feature  
requests for the engineering department.)

You don't need to be a geek to be hired for this job; you need to  
have a great attitude and be someone that enjoys learning the geeky  
stuff that you need to know to do this job. We're a lot more flexible  
with respect to the technical skills we're looking for than we are  
about the customer service skills.
