Nothing is better than WEP.  No, really.   Or, put another way,  
everything, including no 'security' at all, is better than WEP.

Nope, it's not even going to stop them.  The only person it will stop  
is someone who is in "Oh sh*t I need a connection" mode and is  
driving around looking for something so he can send an email to his  
boss and keep his job.  Anyone who is actively looking for  
connections can get through your Web in minutes, at most.
