More multi-touch interfaces: it's, you know, like porn

Someone from the list asked me if I knew wtf owned the patents for  
this. My answer:

Obviously, I am speculating here. Apple has its own stuff and Jobs  
declared that they had it before Jeff Han even announced it (2006 vs  
2004), so I suppose there are different methods -and therefore-  
patents to achieve the same.

Han has declared that he's excited about iPhone, but that they have  
nothing to do with it.

The question is: could Microsoft, if iPhone becomes a big success,  
buy Han's stuff to go against Apple? Or will Han run away in his  
Millenium Falcon before the Imperial Star Destroyers intercept him  
and Chewacca? And wasn't Chewacca Phil Schiller without shaving? What  
is he doing with Han if he works for Apple?
