I agree Scott, but then it also uses Cocoa (the same API).  But then,  
of course, Cocoa is a collection of technologies and frameworks ...  
so it depends on what they mean by Cocoa.

I'm guessing there may be a new PhoneKit (or something) application  
framework to be used for phone applications, together with a new  
widget set, that can be used in Interface Builder.
