But surely it's some sort of Mac OS X "Lite". If for no other reason,  
because the iPhone only got max. 8 GB of storage... It would be very  
interesting to know exactly what's available (with regards to system  
frameworks, apps and utilities), and what's not! I'll guess we have  
to wait until it starts shipping.
