Best way to video conference between Mac and PC ?

I am using Skype. Yes, not as good as iChat, but about as good as you can get!
Last time I tried Yahoo is was very good, so long as you configure it for 'super' mode (you need to open the port on the routers). If you can arrange that on both ends, then that's a good alternative to Skype, but if your remote party can't get that done, Skype is best.
