Unfortunately, after finally getting around to checking it, this  
doesn't seem to work for me (on a AlBook 15" 10.4.8).  The nvram  
target-mode=1 flag gets set (I can see it using nvram -p) but when  
the machine is shutdown -r it reboots normally (to the login window)  
not into TDM.

Any suggestions?  Does it work for others?
