Okay...

You currently have an 802.11b based network which we'll call Kev's G  
Network. These airport express devices are connected by ethernet.

So, then you add a second network connected via Ethernet "Kev's N  
Network"

This means you connect the N devices to the N network and the G  
devices to the G network. You can hide the SSIDs if you need to.  
Because they are all connected together along the WIRED ethernet  
backbone, you can stream music to the G-devices over ethernet and  
will still get full N-speed transfers. Also, if the N-level device  
crashes, you can pop onto the G network :)

Integrating them in any other way is silly :) IMO [1]

[1] though I can think of good reasons to do so. I just would not  
choose them.
