Default apps for opening files

Hi,

I uninstalled Office for Mac Test Drive and installed Office for Mac,  
but every time I double-click on an Office file, it still tries to  
open it with the Test Drive version even though it's no longer there.  
I have tried pressing CMD + I and changing the default application  
for opening the files, but it won't stick for some reason. Is there a  
way to permanently remove the Test Drive application from the "Open  
With" list for files?
