Again, it's a simple message. Technology is not going to fix things
while there are crap teachers in the system.
How you want to interpret it is similar to the arguments arising from
Jobs on Music which has seen a multitude of different people with
widely different opinions on what was meant. It seemed simple to me
but then I'm uncomplicated.
In the Jobs on Music debacle, the only wrong opinion is Rob Enderle
(and only because the laws of the universe conspire to make it so)
