Mail.app crashing

OK, I narrowed it down to one account, it is my main business email,  
so it only has a half dozen folders containing maybe 100 mailboxes.   
Thankfully, it was not my list account with 40 folders and over 300  
mailboxes (I just archived all of 2006 into offline storage a month or  
so ago, or it would be much more).

Still, the question remains, how do I isolate which mailbox is causing  
the trouble or how do I rebuild the index files for all the mailboxes?

Erm.. OK, I can manually delete them from the shell.  There's just he  
one ".mboxCache.plist" now, right?

I'll give that a go, but is there a better way?
