Yes if you go to Preferences>Accounts>Email Address in Apple Mail
however the .mac smtp server may be configured to reject relaying of
email addresses that are not .mac email addresses to prevent being
abused as a spam relay. I don't know of many services that do allow
doing this although Gmail is one of those services that does permit
doing this and even provides a easy interface for configuring such a
setup (Yahoo! mail also allows you to configure this).
