It would appear that a major rewrite happened. I wouldn't spend too
much anxiety on this question, it is moot in most respects.
I would restore a working set of tools from backup and resume work. I
would make it clear to my supplier that I'm unable to use the current
tools, and provide reasons, and then ask for suggestions on how to
implement alternative procedures using the current tools, and then
maybe switching to those if the workflow works. I let suppliers help
me; I try to not let them hinder me, because I get really ticked when
they are able to.
I'm very defensive about the tools I use for income.
