[OT] Managing a membership list

I'm looking for a simple web-based means of managing a list of  
addresses and annual membership payments made. There must be several  
out there, but I have been unable to find anything suitable.

It needs to be able to produce a file (pdf no doubt) so that people  
in different places can produce printed labels for postage.

If it's French, so much the better. And no, not all the members live  
in the U.S.A.

Any pointers gratefully received.
