Screen and audio recording for Mac

You'd think it'd be easy to find a utility that records audio and 
selected screen video for Mac OS X. When I looked a couple years ago, 
the only product that worked for me was Snapz Pro X. It worked much 
better than my minimum requirements.

I wanted to show off some software to someone who is thousands of 
miles away, so I put on a headset and had Snapz Pro X record my 
voice, what I was doing on screen, and some music playing in the 
background via iTunes. I used a bit of Beethoven's 7th, The 
Allegretto movement. Y'kno, the theme music from the movie Zardoz.
