Short answer?  No.

Long answer.  No, no, no.  InputManagers are a bad thing for this  
kind of use. And that's been said for a very long time.

I've got the InputManagers directories on all my machines (and my  
family machines) set as owned by root and not writable. They've been  
abused in the past, and I won't install ANYTHING that uses  
InputManagers.
