SafariStand

Howdy All,

Just thought I would share this great little Safari "extension" I
found, called SafariStand.

It allows you to display a "sidebar" with thumbnails of your tabs
(somewhat like OmniWeb does), drag and drop these thumbnails from
window to window, additional toolbar icons (like "new tab", "hide and
show sidebar" etc.)

There also some extra search functionality, workspaces, and a
separate window for bookmarks, history, etc. (that I realise can be
done in Safari as it standards), and much more.

Check it out here: <http://hetima.com/safari/stand-e.html>

BTW, it seems that a lot of developers are using additional
InputManagers, as a way to extend the interface and functionality of
applications (e.g. iChax).

I doubt this is what Apple had in mind for InputMangers, but since
they haven't (AFAIK) provided a standard way of extending
applications, is this an ok substitute?

Cheers,
Ashley.

PS I have no connection with this software, or the developer, I am
just delighted to see some of this functionality in Safari (even
though, hopefully Apple will include some of it in Safari for Leopard).
