That's a spelling dictionary (and the System already has one for  
French actually). I fear Andrew was looking for a definition  
dictionary like the one that is provided for English only in Tiger  
(through the Dictionary app or the lookup contextual command).

I don't know of any dictionary that can currently be added for the  
Dictionary app.
