Adobe and Apple, is it all over

Not to defend Adobe, but there might be more to the decision making
process than what is high-lighted here.
For instance, the fact that it ties into Wordpress, Moveable Type,
etc. is a great feature.
It's entirely possible that they found some things out during their
beta testing or field trials that became a higher priority than
making it Universal. I'd like to think that they could do both - fit
in the necessary features and make it Universal, but alas that
doesn't seem to be the case.
The brass ring would have been to get all the features it has plus
make it Universal. I'm hopeful, perhaps hopelessly optimistic, that
Adobe will pick up the rest of the pieces and make it Universal soon.
Had Adobe had the foresight to build the thing in XCode, then that
probably would have made the transition much easier, faster, and
smoother.

In theory, theory and practice are the same.
In practice, they are not.
