Look, it's as if they decided not to support reading XLS in the next
version of Office/Mac, and instead could only write (simple) XLS. Heck,
it's not even "as if" - that's basically what they've done. If there's no
macro support, it basically is a dumbed-down subset. Might as well use
Mesa, or whatever.

Apple, I'm looking at you... wink wink.
