Routing sound over the LAN?

You can do this with the enlightened sound daemon.  I've seen some  
other implementations using netcat, but this one on MacOSXHints seems  
to just use esd.  You could probably do without Audio Hijack  
depending on your audio source.

If you do use netcat you can also broadcast over UDP to multiple  
computers.
