Best way to video conference between Mac and PC ?

The issue I had (with version 2.0.0.6) was video quality. It was really pretty awful. That's why I commented that perhaps something was wrong somewhere, as I haven't been able to do much testing.

We have a handful of people at work who use it for Windows to Windows video conferencing and the quality is very good.
