Best way to video conference between Mac and PC ?

What's the best way to video conference between Mac and PC ?

I'm trying Skype (beta) on Mac to Skype on PC, but it really doesn't  
compare with iChat A/V (mac to mac).

What are people using for Mac-PC video conferencing?
