finding codec plugins for QT

	The majority of times this means that you are trying to view  
somthing that is advertising itself as  an "avi". These are usually  
from the broken family of codecs known as "divx". The reason that  
Quicktime does not come up with a suggestion is that there is not a  
completely good solution for this. Only recently did any of the  
solutions become legal, and for the codecs that we are talking about  
that is still murky waters: not exactly an area where Apple can  
suggest things.
