Try unplugging it and pressing the power button for a good minute or
so. See if that drains the PMU of power long enough to force a wipe of
stored state. Then plug it back in and try powering it on again.

The other option (never tried on an iLamp) is to open the case and
look for a PMU reset button... often near the onboard battery. If you
find such a button try pressing it for a short bit and then powering
on the system.

In either case if it powers up after doing either of the above then
look at replacing the battery found on the mother board... likely it
has died.
