This is probably easy to get around, but Adobe apps in general seem  
to think that they need to open FULL SCREEN even when the subject  
matter they are displaying is a small image.  The "Save To Web"  
feature in CS2 does this and it is terribly annoying.  Other Adobe  
apps do similar things.
