Unfortunately the NDA itself is marked "Apple Confidential" and so we  
can't really discuss that either.  But in general you cannot assume  
that any given NDA allows signatories to talk to each other.  You need  
to check the terms and conditions to see if that is the case.

My impression is that Apple's NDAs generally do *not* allow  
signatories to discuss amongst themselves.  Obviously you will need to  
examine any NDAs you are subject to and you may require the services  
of a lawyer to do that.
