$195 isn't really big bucks for code-level assistance. When you  
consider that some questions will take 15 minutes and some will take  
hours and hours, because they may have to trawl through someone elses  
code.  $195 is very reasonable for the latter.

Where they make the money is with people like me who've not used any  
of the 'included' ones but I don't think for a second this is a big  
profit spinner.

I've had my own enquiry in since 1st July regarding an issue with  
provisioning. It'll get dealt with eventually and though it means I  
can't deploy ( though I've paid etc) I'm philosophical about it.
