DTS response time

Hey Rob,
I have not had great results from DTS either. I have filed two
incidents. One of them was resolved, but it took longer to hear back
from them than I expected. The other was never resolved. DTS kept
stalling me, saying they needed more information, even after I gave
them a six step procedure to reproduce the problem in TextEdit.
Eventually I just filed a bug and moved on. In my case the last
incident was part of an expiring ADC membership. I wasn't going to get
any resolution from them so I let it go. But if you actually paid for
your incident you should demand your money back if they cannot resolve
the issue.
