ABAddressBook - state code cross reference

Yeah, the first suggestion.  I want to translate a state full-name  
into an abbreviation.  Rather not re-invent it if it is already  
there, or perhaps there's an opensource Obj-C framework that does it,  
I can judge if it is worth using it over doing it myself.
