Generating CMYK from EPS?

I'm looking for some sample code to generate a CMYK file from an EPS image
rep.  The CMYK should be 4 bytes per color.  Is there a way when using
dataWithEPSInsideRect to generate CMYK?  I've experimented with setting the
color space and window depth, without success.  (Platform is OPENSTEP 4.2, but
I expect it's also relevant to OSXS.)
