File sharing 10.5->10.4 doesn't work

Windows file sharing not on, but I did remove the file and then  
restarted. The brlm.db file has not been recreated after startup.  
Turned on file sharing and tried again, still get a crash with the  
same lines although now it's for thread 5. The file is still not  
present in /var/db.
