Thanks for all the advice. Sounds like I've got a minor configuration  
problem or two here. I'm going to switch them to Entourage 2008 and  
see if that works out better for them. They are able to send and  
receive mail using OWA (which is a less than ideal client on the Mac  
because of its reliance on Active X).
