Installing 10.2 on 10.4 machine

I believe there has been a firmware update in the intervening years
that will prevent you runnin 10.2. You cn run 10.3, but I am not
sure there is anyway to go all the way bak to 10.2 or earlier.
I have to ask though, WHY? 10.2 is so weak compared to even 10.3.9...
