What new netinfo?  There is no netinfo in Leoaprd.

And that's a good thing because changing the raw info would likely  
fubar your system.  It is stored in a database file.

Most things can be changed in the Accounts prefpane.  You can rclick  
you name and select "Advanced..." to change a few more.  If you want  
to change your shell, us chsh in Terminal.app.  What do you want to  
change?

The Directory Application in the Utilities folder is for Open  
Directories.  Similar to Directory Services, but not the same thing.   
The Directory Utility is for Directory Servers (OS X servers), also  
similar, but different.
