I get terrible client-side performance (throughput) from my Mac Pro
over a gigabit switched network to our NFS file servers. Using NIS
automount of the NFS shares. I've always just figured the OS X NFS
drivers weren't up to snuff (similar Linux machines get great
throughput over the same network to the same file servers), but maybe
I have something misconfigured?
