Best Way To Keep A Drive Always Mounted

Add an entry into /etc/fstab. Requires hardcoding of eventual  
passwords, though. See "man fstab" and various samples on the net.

To avoid hardcoding passwords you can put an Alias to the volume into  
the user's startup items. A login dialog will appear.
