Apache refuses to start (due to Parallels?) and virtual hosts problem

I was referring to the direct support for them in OS X Leopard  
Server, where it also upgrades the conf for Apache 2, unlike OS X.

Personal Web Sharing, while implemented by Apache, doesn't /normally/  
handle virtual hosts, you'd have to edit http.conf like you refer.
