Actually it's not an established fact that there's a dispute, that's
what the court is being asked to decide. The suits before the court
are making claims for a dispute and asking the court to agree.
In any event any pending suits, disputes, and even verdicts never
really make too much of a difference for busineses looking to choose
a product. Look at Vonage or Blackberry. Or MSFT -- they seem to be
in court all the time over IP issues and no one seems loathe to buy
there twaddle.
