Head cleaning/Administrator problem

I am a new administrator for Mac OS 10.4. 9 computers.  We have an Epson
R1800 connected to this computer that needs frequent head cleanings.  Currently
you have to log in as an administrator to perform head cleanings.  How can I
make this head cleaning function available to a student/instructor login
without making other administrator functions available to them also?
