Question about Windows list

I know this is off-topic, but I'm hoping someone on this list can 
recommend a mailing list that is aimed at Windows 
2000/xp/2003/vista/etc. administrators.  I've tried getting into the 
ISP-Windows list but I think it must be getting caught in a spam filter 
along the way.  Are there any good lists other admins can recommend for 
Windows administration questions?
