Hi again,
	You'll likely find ti's the hub at fault - some Windows 
machines have similar difficulties pulling the appropriate data 
through USB hubs - I have found this on the odd occasion with Macs as 
well - it may be that you will be unable to solve this other than to 
utilise the direct connection unfortunately.
