Display colorsync profile remains unapplied?

Hi Christopher, if you're using the same video card, and a separate  
DVI port for each projector, then I would expect each display to get  
its own Prefs panel pop up on it, where you can choose the profile  
for each independently. Isn't this what you're seeing? We have a 2- 
headed setup here, and that's how it's working for us.
