Migration Assistant and Quicken database?

Hi again,
We've found that the Migration assistant works extremely
well. My suggestion is to start the old machine in Firewire target
mode, connect a firewire cable to the new machine & run the
assistant. At the very worst, you'll only find that Quicken won't
accept the new database & you'll have lost nothing from the old
machine.
