Use the DHCP Client ID in the Network Preferences of the clients and
that will appear in the DHCP client list in Server Admin. You could
also attempt to identify them by examining the status of other
services (e.g. User bob is connected from IP blah, so that's bob's
computer). You could also use the MAC address information to refer to
your location's network documentation.
