Have you tried something as simple as setting up multiple IP addresses
on your single interface? Or something like MacFuse may be of use.
You don't mention what kind of datastore you're using. But it looks
to me like SQLite is the only one worth considering. In general, it
really looks like CoreData is not a good multi-user solution - I'd
really recommend a real or quasi-real database solution.
