Changing the default email reader

Put _an_ account. Any account. Such as, oh, Darth Vader  
<annie at deathstar_evil_empire.mil>.

And you only have to do it once per machine you'll be using which  
doesn't already have an account.

And if the company uses Lotus Notes only, hide or delete Mail and it  
won't matter what's in there.

And you can set up an image which has the items you want, including  
the default Lotus Notes setup, already set up and use the image to  
install _all_ your users.
