"Read Only" Or "Read & Write"?

Hi


I have a strange situation: I have some files, which are at the same  
time read-only and read-write:

Yes, I am the user lavim:

	$ whoami
	lavim


What's happening here? Some incompatibilities between the MOSX and  
Unix permission system?
