Moving Mail Server to another location / IP address?

Sorry I came into this thread after you were done with your move. I
can't help with the MySQL, but I will say that you've not lost
control over the Apache httpd.conf file like you think. What you
really have is a choice between using Server Admin, with the
limitations inherent in that tool, or manually editing the file
yourself. My configuration unfortunately exposes a known bug in the
Web section of Server Admin, so I can't use it anyway. I am manually
modifying my httpd.comf file on a regular basis, and simply use
Server Admin as a GUI to restart Apache. If I weren't so lazy, I'd
probably just use apachectl to restart Apache, but I usually have
Server Admin running anyway to manager the other services...

Although mail went well I am having quite a bit more trouble with the
database (MySQL), bulletin board software (phpBB2) and blogs
(Wordpress). Particularly since, in moving from MacOSX client to
MacOSX Server one loses some control over the Apache httpd.conf file.
